Have some bad experience with this clothes line and I could say it going be my first and last time shopping here.

The bridesmaid dress was not the quality I thought it would be, and the material turned out to be too heavy for my outside wedding. To me it looked as if a dress that had the word "silk" in the description, would be a lot lighter of a dress. I tried to contact the company the same day I received it in my home, because of their 14 day return policy, but never received a return e-mail or a label for the dress to go back, very dissatisfied. I did order my flower girl dresses which were exactly what I wanted and very happy about the material.

Great services, just careful with color variation.

Ordered the dress and then contacted customer service asking for the lace to be ivory. They say its ivory, but its very white.

Customer service was easy to work with. Responded quickly. Custom tailoring was spot on!

Both gowns were damaged I want a full refund please

The dresses I ordered, according to the size chart, were very small, and the colors were not as exactly as they appeared on the website. I asked for a return/refund slip and was given the runaround for at least three emails.

I want to return the dresses, receive a refund and get this taken care of.

It was easy to order and product is beautiful. I recommend this store, great experience, dress is prefect for a sweet sixteen event.

I purchased a dress that came NOT looking as it did on the website. It should have been grey with grey lace and came with blue lace. I went back and forth for MONTHS with these people. They refused to refund and wouldn't pay for the shipping back. So I finally gave in and shipped it back at my cost. That was 3 weeks ago. They admit to receiving it but now want to refund me a lower price (in case I had a coupon!)! Total scam. So now I have to continue to go back and forth with them again. WORST SITE EVER! I'm only giving one star because the site won't accept the review with NO STARS

Ordered two dresses. Both dresses fit perfect. Sizing is true. Great quality on both dresses and best of all super affordable! Love this website!

I have contacted your service dept. many times since the dress arrived the week off June 18,2022.

I want to return it, Ive sent photos of the NEW NOT WORN dress as per your request. As of TODAY,
YOU HAVE NOT SENT ME ME RETURN INSTRUCTIONS.

Your return window is narrow, I trust you are not slowing this return down to try and say, "too late, you missed the date." That is not going to happen.

This dress is ready to return, has been ready to return, and so far your end keeps delaying this return.

I don't understand why I can't put a 1 star, but, this dress has no lining and was tight around my hips but not my waist. I'm 5'7 133 pounds and got a size 4. Very sloppy, but you get what you pay for.
