Everything I have bought from here was great! Except for the chromablast supplies. It took a long time to get here, and when it finally did I had so much trouble with chromablast printer and supplies.

One of the products I ordered which was the silhouette cameo vinyl, didnt get delivered in a timely matter. I wasnt aware that some products don't come directly from heatpressnation. I was told this from a customer service person. They checked in to it and found out the company that the product was coming from, was doing inventory that week and heatpressnation wasnt informed of that which caused a delay in my delivery.
