The heat press I ordered arrived in a badly damaged box, held together by tape. The styrofoam was barely protecting the equipment. This item was supposed to be shipped and handled with care, the box clearly says "fragile". The handle of the heat press was busted through the top of the box. After a few more uses I guess I will know if the press was damaged during shipping.
I have checked a few different sites and found your to have the best pricing for presses. We are just starting up our company and look for the best value for everything.
I was hoping for free shipping...but I guess the FSHIPV code didn't work since I also purchased the TEE SQUARE IT... a little disappointed in that but overall I am satisfied with the experience.
Very smooth, no worries, arrived quickly and in good condition.
