No complaints, have not had the opportunity to use sufficiently to totally evaluate. So far, see nothing to be concerned about. I did not rate customer service high as I have not had a response to my request for a copy of the manual for this press. Specifically, the control panel operation as it different from my other presses. Plus, you have not had the opportunity to respond. I must point out that I was looking for a label, sublimated patch press and wanted something a bit larger than your listed label presses. I found the new 9x12 press after this one arrived. I would have gladly purchased the new press if it would have been easier to find. Must keep in mind the ability to find is based on the person searching. So, if it would have reached out from the screen and slapped me - would have been easier to find.

When I first place my order it had a shipping & handling fee. I initially gave a lower mark because of this. I received the email confirming the order and noticed the shipping was not listed on the email. I had a bad experience with another company last week and thought this company was doing the same thing. I am happy you guys did not do the same thing. I now regret ordering the heat press from another company. I will continue to shop with your company. Thank you for honoring your advertisement.
After receipt of shipment: (Ordered on Monday, received on Thursday)
Due to a signature being required I opted to change the delivery and I picked it up at Fed-ex. No problems there. Once home the packaging was perfect. No damage to the machine and everything I needed was included. I haven't had the time to use it yet so I'll have to update on the product review at a later date. Great job heatpressnation! BTW, I am still waiting on the delivery of my heat press from another company. It was ordered 6 days before I ordered the cutter from you. I attempted to cancel my order and just order with your company but I was told the item was shipped and I would receive it on Thursday. It's now Saturday and still no heat press. I am still kicking myself for not ordering the heat press from your company. Thank you for standing by your words!
