Great quality products at a reasonable price

Heat Press Nation is an amazing company. The prices are great and delivery is super fast. I am so pleased with this company. HTV used to come rolled with tape and it teared off some of the vinyl/glitter. They listened to reviews and now they come shipped flat with cardboard to avoid creasing. It's perfect. Thank you for always improving your products and customer experience!

Excellent - Unable to locate non-stick sheet size 15x15. Is there a reason the sheet size do not match the plate? Or, should I have ordered a smaller sheet? Thanks

The instructions are too general and not for the specific heat press I purchased. A DVD with instructions would be very helpful. I am a beginner and never used a heat press. Maybe I could give a better survey about six months from now.

I was told by your rep that the package would not be delivered without someone home to sign for it. I was very disappointed to arrive home to a huge box sitting on my porch from UPS. My expensive order could have been stolen off of my porch. This makes me not want to order anything from your company again.

I've bought these items before and shipping time is reasonably fast.

My shipment of mugs seemed to be packaged a different way this time.

I pay $119 for shipping so I'm upset that so many of them came to me broken. I'm hoping to receive of credit of the ones that came to me crack and broken.

While the press may have been damaged during shipment, that does not provide a reasonable excuse as to why the rubber on the bottom platten was so badly misaligned.

Always has what I want at a great price. Instructions are always neat and easy to understand. All in all, I don't know why anyone would go anywhere else for these kinds of products. This place is the only one you need.
