I have not received my products. I paid 40 dollars on shipping because sublimation products do not qualify fir free shipping and have yet to receive them.
I ordered and a week later I still haven't received my items. Shipping is too slow...I ordered (the same items, same price) from another company 2 days ago and received the items today. This will be the last order from heat press nation.
It took 8 business days to get to me and I am used to 3 to 4 day shipping. Lucky I ordered when I did because I needed this stuff for my business on the 9 th business day!

Was pleased with my shopping experience, shipping time, and customer service. Cost of the Mpress mug machine was great for a beginner like me. Worked perfect first time. My only complaint is I was a little misled into thinking it would adjust to do 15 oz mugs also. It's mentioned in the online manual and in the questions on the product page. Travis responded to my question on adjusting the machine after my purchase, but he did say it's not recommended. Which I could not get it to work. It should be made more clear that this machine is only for 11 oz mugs. Had I known, I would have purchased the signature machine that does both sizes. Now I'm stuck with a case of 15 oz mugs.

It took almost a week for me to get the product, but it's all good.
Allie was a great help in picking the best model! She sent me pictures of the items directly so I could see how well things opened, especially on the swing away models. She was patient with my numerous questions. And after receiving my products, support was great in getting me the correct instructions for the model of heat press I had ordered.
