HPN was amazing to work with! I got worried about the shipping time, because I didn't receive a tracking number, they checked up and told me it would be delivered in one more day. It was!

It took a LONG time to receive it, with no explanation. When I called, I received polite immediate service and the package was expedited with next day shipping. Now I need an instruction manual in order to install it.

Nothing to complain about the service.

IT WAS EASY AND FAST

The order came in a very timely manner and was very happy. I have yet to receive my prints to press so I cannot comment on the use of the press as of now.

Never got confirmation email of shipped goods had to call customer service to get a tracking number
