I had ordered heatransfer papper,this would be my 2 time ordering the same product, the 2 order that I receive was not the same size as of the order that I have received before the papper size were smaller than my first order, and all I did was press reorder from my first time ordering

This time around it was a bit disappointing. I placed the order and waited over a week for it. I had to contact customer service for an update to find out that it was out of stock, I was promised a call back with an update and estimated time of shipping and was never contacted back. My order just arrived a few days later. I understand that things happen but I wanted was an update on what I ordered.

I love my heat press and customer service has been awesome! However, a week after I received it, it was on special for a $100 cheaper!

My drop ship order took 7 days to ship.
But I have had great experinces with them before.

The price was a little ridiculous for what this product is.
