Had no problem with anything it was a very good experience

Everything was good. I received my heat press a day earlier than I was suppose to. I have used it a few times. It seems like a good machine but it surges on and off after it reaches the set temperature. I have been trying to reach customer service through email and calling but no one has responded.

Ordered heat vinyl on November 20th, took over two weeks to get here. Contracted help support which told me that what I ordered was on back ordered but he had what I needed in stock at his shop and that he would ship next day with my ordered. That did not happened and he wouldn't answer my emails. I will not ordered from this wedsite again!

The last case of cups I received had four cups with broken handles. I just ordered another, let's see how that gets to me for the 30 dollar delivery...

Everything arrived on time and in good condition. One part of my stand was bent but it seems to be holding my cutter fine.

Took too long to get my complete order. I received one product on time. The other product took weeks to get to my house.

Love the flocked heat transfer looks great on pillows for the holidays.
