I was excited to order a heat press more excited when I received it but was very disappointed to know that they sent me a used products not only did they sent me a use product but they never notified me about my refund I had to call them and ask them where is my refund and I was told to hold on they will check on it and then was told my refund will be processed that day very disappointed plus they charged me for delivering a package that they sent me That was used!

This was my first heat press, so I spent several weeks researching and reading customer reviews. I finally decided on a mid-range heatpressnation press, and I love it! I pulled it out of the box and started using it immediately with no issues. It presses so evenly the first time around. Theres no need to press a second time. I love it and definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a press. I purchased over Black Friday and got a great deal too!

Poor communication, was told product was out of stock yet website said it was in stock in PA. When I pointed that out the press was shipped from PA. I was told I'd get email with tracking number when it shipped yet I never got an email. Press works well and seems to be high quality.

I was debating on which company to buy a sublimation printer from. I had called Heat Press Nation as I had a question regarding what all came in the package. They were quick to answer the call (not one, but two times as I forgot to ask a question on my initial call). After comparing printers, cost of blanks (from other suppliers), and when I seen that they offered FOREVER Subli-Light Sublimation paper for cotton and you can use the ink that comes with the printer...I was SOLD. Order placed, now I can't wait to get the printer :)
First time buying a heat press of this size. Very happy with. Took a bit to figure out how to do some of my items. The temp is off a bit on it but I use a heat gun to adjust the temp. Very happy with the heat press

I had been comparing heat presses for some time and thought that the HPN Black series was the one I would get if money wasn't an issue. When it went on sale for Black Friday, my husband thought it would be a great Christmas present for me. It was! I love it! My crafting is so much easier and more consistent now. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a heat press.

I am so impressed with the customer service. We had a death in the family about the time we got our heat press and mug press and I was able to unpack each item but not even look at them until several weeks after unpacking.
