Everything was delivered as expected, packaged extremely well, and set up was very easy. I started pressing shirts right away after adjusting the pressure.

Received the wrong color vinyl for 1 roll I ordered. Once I sent in photo evidence of the mistake the correct color was mailed and I was able to keep the one they sent by mistake.

There were issues with your website - when I clicked on links, I got error messages but sometimes I would click back and click the link again and it would work.

After doing months of research I chose heatpressnation.com for my initial purchases for the first trial run of sublimation mugs. Very pleased is all I can say.
