One of the easiest things I have done today

Shipping and delivery were good. The product is 'alright.' You truly get what you pay for. If you plan on doing this as more than a hobby, save up the money to invest in something more sturdy. I have not used any of the other pieces besides the shirt press.

Very good

Came faster than i expected and was glad that you also sealed it in a plastic bag because it was raining a lot that day and the carrier left it on my steps.

Shipping was very fast and convenient.

Biggest issue is the board screwed to the bottom of the press. The bolt was bent so there was no easy way to unscrew the board from the press.

Very easy to move around on website. The hardest was make my mind up on which heat press to get.

Other than shipping cost, experience was good.

Great impression with my first order

I absolutely love my heat press. It makes everything much easier and I can line my things up better before pressing them. I've ruined a few shirts by everything being crooked or slanted. The only thing I don't like is the lights in my house blink when my heat press gets to a certain temp but I believe that's my house not an issue with the heat press.
