I just visited this God forsaken pharmacy, where Osin and her supervisor Tram failed to do a simple task of emailing my doctor to double my medication. It's not these 2 gagsters fault for treating people like monkeys, they're so comfortable talking dawn to patients, it's obvious that I wasn't their first barbeque. Kaiser should start hiring qualified people to serve it's patients. Corvid 19 days are over and it's no longer expectable to treat patients like crap and get away with it. Hiring criminals and placing them in our neighborhoods is not what "community reinvestment act" means. Strive
I had the misfortune to get referred to the woodland hills gastroenterology department twice. It always starts with the nurses asking personal non medical questions that feels like an interrogation to be forwarded to the doctor. Each Doctor operated as a gang leader in this case Mark Ewing and the nurses as gang members in this case Belinda Redings, working to pass information about the patient to the doctor to see if the patient is worthy. The people in this department forgot that their job is to protect the patients not to try protect themselves from the sick patients. And now I see that This man Mark not only he hasn't read his Oath but he falsified the information on my visit record stating that I left, when the truth is he and that nurse refused me procedure based on lies "Right Mark". I don't see these people as medical providers, they act like criminals with license. Maybe one day this department will be investigated and this humiliating and discriminant experience for the patients ends. There is no way Kaiser management is not aware of what's happening in their hospitals. Thrive
