Got what I needed.

Yes they call... a lot. But once you answer they stop calling. I, like most people, avoided answering at first but once I answered I spoke to a real live person and they were very helpful. And I was able to get the coverage I needed for me and my family within the hour. I had a lot of questions and they were able to answer them all.

Don't do it!

I went online to use this site to compare insurance quotes. Now I have continous calls and texts to the point I had to block numbers. There is nothing on the site that lets you know that you will be inundated with calls.

They sell your Info

As already mentioned here they will sell your information wit no indication that this will occur. I have had over 60 phone calls today. Any positive reviews here are almost certainly false.

Firstly, I would just like to say it was my mistake to give a site my email and phone number without verifying first, but I was naive and thought that the site looked credible and that they were going to compile a list of estimates from various insurance companies and then email it to me. However, that was not the case at all.

Since then I have been HARASSED by various insurance companies, spamming me with NON-STOP calls and texts! I have tried various ways to get my information removed and to get in contact with the company, hoping to speak to an actual person, but have not been able to reach anyone. The HARASSMENT I am receiving from multiple insurance companies is NOT OK!

Do not give them your information!

Rude. Rude. Rude.

They called and said, "Thank you for calling the enrollment center how can I help you?" I responded with an apology and tried to figure out who they were and the guy proceeded to get angrier and angrier. He finally just rudely said "You filled out a form online for health insurance didn't you?" This company needs to be monitored during all conversations. I couldn't talk and said "I'm sorry I'll get back to you." This guy on the line said "Sure you will." What kind of help is that? Not identifying the company? Not introducing yourself? Being rude and mean and then ending a conversation with a sarcastic tone? How is this place even a thing. When I called before I had two guys tell me they needed more information and just told me to call back when I had it. Instead of listing all the information they need for a quote I have to repeatedly call. This is horrible.

Fraud website

I submitted a request for quote. Now I'm continuously receiving fraud calls. They sell information to the third parties. I called the customer service number on its website and the person who picked up the phone said they don't have a website.

DON'T DO IT!

Healthplans.com is a joke! Save yourself a lot of grief. As I was putting in the last bit of my info, a little voice said don't. I didn't listen. This site only takes to another site with just listings of health sites. It does nothing for you. Now they have my info and that is only what they want. Within 5 minutes of entering my info, my phone exploded with texts, calls and emails. It's been two days since and my phone is still going off. On the day I first went into healthplans.com I had to turn off my phone at midnight because the contacts just kept coming incessantly. They always say he/she has been assigned to my case. What case? All are flyby night companies I never heard of, if they even give a name. Also, healthplans.com texts day you can opt out, however, when I attempted, I received a warning that fees may be assessed if I continue? It's been two days and I still get texts etc about every half hour. It's slowed down but, still I am being harassed by multiple companies. Try and find a reputable company and go through their own website or healthcare.gov. Again, don't go to this site or anything similar. They only want your info to sell and do nothing for you.

While quickly reading through the government health insurance web site, I hadn't noticed that HealthPlans.com had an ad on the page. When I thought I was requesting info. Fromt he gov't site, turns out, in my haste, I inadvertently submitted my info. To HealthPlans.com. Ever since, I've been blasted with calls multiple times/day for weeks.
Nothing I do or say, no matter how politely I ask, will stop this company from calling me. I block every call, but immediately get another call from a different number. I've asked them many times to remove me from their call list, but they just hang up on me. I unsubscribed from their emails and blocked their website through my browser, but somehow they are still getting through via Google pop-ups.

They CALL ALL DAY!

I can't believe this company! I get around 20-30 calls a day from agencies all over California. When I request to have my number off the list, some of them just hang up or just try to sell me a package for insurance... My last number that called me from *******175) called me four time in row after I told her that I wanted to get off the list.

They won't STOP CALLING!

I was merely researching while at work. If I wanted to speak with someone I would've called. Hence the online search! The minute I put my number in the calls began and they have not stopped. I've received at least 36 calls in less than 3 hours! Literally a call every few minutes. Here's a photo to prove it. I'm losing my mind with these calls! So I keep sending them emails to remove me and I'll keep doing it until they do

I filled in the form, which included my phone number, to get some rates. I started to get phone calls from Texas, which is where my phone number is based - but not where I live. First it was just texas then numbers from the same area code 409.1:06pm-1:14pm I got 4 calls. I answered the last 2 and requested to be put on a do not call list. That is NOT customer service... that is spamming!

This site is a scam. You'll receive constant calls and slightly disturbing voicemails. Mostly of people breathing, the sound of mumbling in a far distance, scratching noises and so on. Its never just a normal person talking.

These people have called me 10 times in 2 hours. They claim it is different providers but they all have the same message and most don't sound like they are in a call center but rather at a party or on the street. When i told them to stop calling they got rude and spoke to me like i was stupid.

Don't Bother

Called this company TWICE to investigate insurance for my wife because she'll lose her coverage when I retire next month. Both sales people were obnoxious, rude, and hung up on me when figured out I wasn't going to purchase a plan today.

RUDE, ARROGANT, IDIOTS

If I could have given zero stars I would have. The agents that answer the 800# ARE FREAKING JERKS. I'm SHOPPING. I called for infomation. I'm not ready to give them $575 TODAY. The agent I talked to was arrogant and rude throughout the entire conversation. He tells me for a family of 5 it's only $375 per mos with NO deductible and 70/30 EVERYTHING. I told him I've worked in hospital billing for so long that literally THOUSANDS of patient bills have crossed my hands and that I've NEVER heard of such good ins- so what's the catch? That's all I said. I wasn't rude. I just asked a damn question. From there on he got arrogant and nasty. And when I told him I'd have to call back after discussing the details with my husband- he actually said "Well thanks for WASTING MY TIME!" and hung up on me?!?!?!? Seriously? So I call back to report the jerk to a supervisor and the guy I get wouldn't get one on the phone. I asked him "If you're a small telemarketing agency, if you can just pass on that one of the guys you work with treated me that way, that would be great." He gets SUPER OFFENDED (Really?) and says "NO MAM'M! We're NOT some SMALL telemarketing agency!" AND HUNG UP ON ME! Absolutely ridiculous, BABY-WHINERS they have over there. I will NOT be doing business with this unprofessional business.

Spammers

It was a casual interest in looking for online quotes. They say they won't spam you, but right after I submitted my info, I received 10 phone calls immediately. Don't have anything to say about there services because I wouldn't give them the time of day after being bombarded with phone calls. Not the right approach for getting new customers. From other reviews I see, I guess I'm going to have to deal with them for weeks.

They bombard you with calls, while you're trying to compare plans online. Like annoying pains in the arses. They need to open up their minds and let some damn common sense in. You don't get good customers by bugging the phuck out of them. It actually does the polar opposite...

I didn't actually buy a policy from these folks and I'm glad I didn't. I filled out a form online and received a phone call within a split second. The price I was quoted was quite high and the agent was rude. When I asked for the information to be mailed to me, he made a nasty remark and hung up the phone. I think I dodged a bullet here!

Called me non-stop for 3 weeks. As I blocked numbers they would just start using number spoofers. Threatened multiple people to be put on a do not call list. Right before the calls stopped I started getting tons and tons of spam that I am still dealing with. I doubt it is a coincidence. Do not waste the headache.
