I have ordered scrubs from this site before. They run a little big. Shipping is speedy.

Took 18 days? Not fast

Was a unique custom made product so took so
Took some time.
But HS followed up and were great to work with.

Product is cheap and not comfortable I want to return it however their RA phone number as well as sales numbers do not work. I have raised an issue with Pay Pal.

Prompt efficient service;very pleased.

I had purchased two sets of scrubs. The prices were great and the quality as well. However they did not fit well. I had to return which was very easy and the customer service was excellent. My only issue was the "blanket" restocking fee of $20.00. So a $65.00 order ended up with a $20 + another $1.20 in tax deduction from my order. There is no way the shipping cost came anywhere near $20.00. It cost me $6.53 to send back.

Great price, reasonable published delivery date, poor customer service by not notifying me of a protracted delivery date. I cancelled this order and received the identical product from another vendor within 2 days.

Over that last 30 years, we have purchased 3 of these benches. If it not for the aluminum rusting a bit on the underside, we would never have to replace them. So a 10 year lifespan makes this bench a great buy.

Would definitely purchase other products from Healthcare Supply Pros.

Received the scrubs and scrubs were a different color than portrayed online (held current scrubs to the screen) contacted the customer service line twice to get the return paperwork. Found a $20 restocking fee on the paperwork, no comparable scrubs in the color needed for my department. Disappointing experience overall. Will not use again and will discourage others in our 1000 bed hospital from using this company.
