The order arrived much sooner than expected. The boxes were an odd size and rather large but arrived in excellent shape.
The size of the merchandise was deceiving. I brought it for an elderly adult male and it was so small. It would probably fit a small child.

1-There was supposed to be a 20% off coupon applied that I don't see got applied.
2-there was supposed to be a price decrease for purchasing 5 items-I don't see where that got applied.
3-the linking back & forth to PayPal for a credit card purchase is confusing.
4-I thought I had completed a purchase last week that apparently didn't go through for some unknown reason. May be related to the Pay Pal back and forth...
5-my order of 7 items keeps coming in bits and pieces... First 1 item... then 2 more items... Still have 2 more items to go...

Thank you for selling the Medline drainage bags in bulk at a great price. They are sent directly to my 94 year old mother who has been in lock down since March due the pandemic. She is in an assisted living community and knowing she is receiving her bags is a blessing!

It was OK.
My orders came separately. I ordered 4 scrub tops and 4 scrub pants with total of 8 pieces. They only delivered 3 pieces out of 8. Not to mention those 3 pieces came 2 separately delivery and I haven't gotten the rest of my orders. I need scrubs for work and this just frustrating me have to wait for long time to get it. It could've been more happier if they sent everything all at once. I hope you figure out a better system. On the other hand, the material of the scrubs is what I expected to be and I like it.
I do like shopping with this provider.
