So far I am pleased.
Very difficult to get customer service. Phone message says email for quickest response, yet it still took over a week to get a response. Turned out cushion was back ordered. Early notification of this back order would have relieved my concerns. Once the cushion was available I was given a tracking number and everything went very smoothly.
