Warning to anyone considering working with HIGNA LLC or using their platform https://hdugc.co — this is a fraudulent operation hiding behind slick marketing. I paid $350 for their advertised service "HD UGC," which promises 15 high-quality, edited, and branded video ads created using products shipped by the client. I sent them two real products and followed every instruction. What did I get? Only 2 unedited, low-effort videos — no editing, no brand integration, no voice-over, no text overlays. Not even basic post-production. The videos looked like they were shot just to pretend the job was done. After many excuses and repeated delays, they gave me a firm delivery deadline of Sunday, May 11 (Central Time). That day passed, and they ghosted me again. This isn't just poor service — it's calculated digital fraud. I've since filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and initiated legal steps through a Texas-based attorney. Avoid HIGNA LLC and hdugc.co completely. Their "HD UGC" service is a scam.
