So far every product meets or exceeds my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised when I first used Harry's products and began suggesting them to my friends and family.
We have been using Harry's for a couple of years now. Never had an issue with the quality, shipping, pricing, etc. Their razors are nice quality and much cheaper than other brands. We will be customers for life!
Not really much to say except that it is exactly as advertised. A good quality razor without the extremely high costs that are seen at standard retailers. Delivered directly to my mailbox and always given email advanced notice prior to arrival of the shipment.

Enjoy the convenience of everything being delivered at home. I find it difficult to add to my order though.

As a bald headed man I have a lot of surface area to shave. The blades are high quality and arrive "just in time" so I don't run out. Harry's has made a loyal customer of me, and I enjoy not being "taken" by the other company, after all these years!

I like the razors and I like the delivery service. The flexibility is also nice. My wife is also hooked and we are able to share the razor blades. I am a fan.
You need to offset the exchange rate with Canada, as it is your blades are as expensive in Canada as any other brand.
We’re working really hard to make things better for our customers up north, Heinz. Exchange rates can make some purchases very difficult for our Canadian customers. As a young company, we haven't quite yet found the right answer to this issue but we continue to keep it top of mind. Thank you for your valuable feedback.

The product is great, the price is great and its great to no longer to remember to get my shaving items when I go shopping. You get email notification of upcoming orders in case you want to change your order. Great service!
The product is everything that is promised. Over the years I have learned how to maintain my razor so not to waste money, so that said, I have an aboundance of supplies that should last me a couple of years. I'm currently considering stopping the service until I use up what I have on hand.

Answer: Great question, Tony! Blade lifespan will definitely vary a bit based on your particular hair type, shave schedule, and blade care habits. While there's no exact standard for how long a cartridge will last you, we find that the average person likes to replace blades every 6-8 shaves. The idea is that our blades are durable and will last a long time, at a great price.
Answer: The new blades are not as smooth as the old ones and you cannot buy the old ones anymore.
Answer: Absolutely! There are lots of women who use our razors so we'd definitely encourage you to give them a try.
Answer: I had a problem with that when I first got them and found out that I wasn't pusing them on the handle far enough. Also if you hold too close to the blade and choke up on the handle too much your fingers tend to push the blades off. When I held back further on the handles... no worries. Since I changed those two things, I don't have that problem.
Answer: Because when they changed the design of the blade by adding the trimmer, the blade lost its smooth shaving quality, life of the blade and no burn feeling. Now it burns after the shave, blade does not last that long and all you are left with is a cheap blade. If they bring back there 1st generation blades back, I will be the first one to buy them and give back my business to Harry's for LIFE!
