I have been a customer for years and every single time the service and the products do not dissapoint. Subscription or just one time order the items are always pack extremely carefully and protected. The shipping is very fast and arrives at my door steps in a couple of days. Very proud to be a Harry's customer.
Been using Harry's for about 6 months. Quality is excellent and the price is reasonable. Automatic replenishment of shave cream/gel and blades on a predetermined (by you) time cycle - and they give you advance notice of each shipment and a chance to delay or modify the order each time.
Best razor I've used and all I'll use now. Great shave, great handle and no shopping. The rest of this is filler to get me to 100 characters
My wife got me a starter set for Christmas 3 years ago. I will never go back to the overpriced blades I used to be stuck with. Harry's blades are every bit as good as anything I got at the local store at a fraction of the cost! Can't beat it!

The service is so great and you can set your order however you want. Anything to not stand around for 10 minutes while some 17 year old kid is getting the keys to the razor isle.
I've been a loyal Harry's customer for over 3 years! After always running out of razor blades I thought I would give Harry's a try and have been very pleased since. The quality of the blades are second to none. Delivery is always on time!

Love the products I have used so far, looking forward to trying the stuff I haven't. Only thing that would make this experience better is if there were free samples for filling out surveys. Wink wink
Been a loyal customer since I first tried these over four years ago. Was a user of a popular brands beforehand (let's just call them "Schmilette"). Blades cost almost 20$ for a four-pack and lasted 2 weeks per blade at the most before they chopped up my skin. A single Harry's blade will last me between 6 and 8 weeks before I even notice that it's dull, I'm shaving twice as often as when I used Schmilette, and the blades cost 75% less on average. Do yourself a favor and at least try them.
Joining Harry's has been great for me, I never worry about running out of blades or gel. I get my shaving needs automatically with each shipment. If my shaving habits change I can easily adjust my requirements on line. Thank you Harry's.
An amazing shave and if possible, it smells as good as it feels. When you break it down, it is really a much better value than store bought shaving supplies and having it delivered right to my door is a bonus.
I am thoroughly satisfied with the products and customer service from Harry's. The ease of ordering and the quality of the Harry's product line makes it difficult to look elsewhere for shaving gear. Katie from the customer experience team was particularly pleasant.
I've been using Harry's products for a year or so and was a huge fan initially. As one other reviewer recently mentioned, unfortunately I too have seen a recent lowering of product quality. Specifically, the blades don't seem to provide the same close shave as they did earlier. In addition, the handle does not have the same strong mechanical connection to the blade cartridge. For example that handle connection is now often not strong enough to pull a new cartridge out of the case that the cartridges come in. I have to pull the new cartridge out of the case by hand and then plug in the handle. I think this weaker mechanical connection could also be impacting shave quality by allowing small cartridge movements & vibrations during use. Please understand, I want Harry's to succeed as a company because your business model is awesome. I'm pulling for you and truly hope you get on top of these quality issues.
Price of your razor blades and your notification practices of upcoming orders is what I like! Also your new items and descriptions of the items I also like.
