I am very big on customer service and thought it was a must for me to tell everyone about my experiences at Harris and zei over the last couple of years. My old tailor had moved abroad and i had to find myself a new one. I had done a lot of research but it seemed to me that all these tailors looked the same in the end went to Harris and Zei by recommendation from one of my good friends.

It has been almost 2 years that i have been using them and i have made countless suits and shirts with them. I do go on about them to all my work colleagues and family as im always being complimented by the quality of my suits but thought it was about time i shared it online.

From all the times i have been to Harris and zei over the past two years(and i have been there numerous times.) My garments have always been ahead of the time promised. I always get calls and text messages keeping me informed of the progress of my suits and shirts, it is all very systematic and a very clinical business from start to finish. In the past couple of years, i cant seem to think i can fault them once. But for me its not just about the way that they work, its the relationship and rapour i have built with them over the last couple of years, i absolutely love going in to see them for my fittings and having a good chat. From the get go they have been 10 out of 10.

My most recent purchase with them was actually my wedding suit and my best mans suit. I had a super 150's wool and cashmere guabello cloth for both of us, the best prices you will get anywherein england. I have to say even though theyre customer service is second to none. I think its the attention to detail and theyre craftsmanship which really stands out for me and keeps me coming back every single time.

The suits we had made for my wedding, where outstanding. The fabrics where the best fabrics u could find in the world. However it was the craftsmanship which was immaculate and allowed them to really stand out... i couldnt be happier with the suits. Everytime i go into their limehouse studio i take a quick peak in to their workshop, one of the most exciting things about this place is that you can actually see your suit being made from scratch. I cant say that about any other tailor that ive come across. I am actually so glad that i have Harris and zei as my tailor as i wouldnt know who else i would be able to go to for the same service.

I honestly couldn't recommend the company more highly. They've got an amzing set-up and one which you can put complete comfidence in.

I was given a voucher by my gf for harris and zei for a 3 piece bespoke suit. I went into their London Limehouse branch where I was greeted by a lovely gentle man who educated me on the different fabric qualities available and what was best suited to what I wanted.

We then went over different styles and fits to help me decide on what would fit me the best. I had decided on all my fittings but needed a day to think about the fabric I wanted as I was stuck between going for a plain fabric against check so the person who helped me was very helpful and allowed me to go home and call back the next day to confirm. I did just that and my order was completed and an email was sent to me.

Harris and zei kept me updated all throughout my order sending me regular emails and text.
Almost 4 weeks later I received a text from harris and zei informing me that my suit was ready for its she'll fitting so I popped in and all was just how I wanted it.

I then popped into harris and zei to collect my suit a couple weeks later and it was truly the best suit I had ever worn. Not a single change was needed and me and my gf were thrilled with the results.

These guys are the best.

I had the best wedding suit I could have thakns to these people. They did an amazing job, from the first time the open the door in Januray. Everything was ready on time and made in the way I asked for. I am so glad I went to Harris and Zei to get my suit. Thank you very much for this great experience.

5 months wasted, truly awful service and tailoring, honestly by far the very worst consumer experience of my life. Gave up in the end, as spending even another second of my time being bothered about it was throwing good money after bad, so I collected the suit and delivered it by hand to the headquarters of Time Out, from whom I'd made the mistake of buying a voucher, for the attention of their CEO. Won't be touching either organisation ever again and have told everyone I know to avoid both companies and why; my contacts will hopefully inform theirs etc. It's completely obvious to me that the cost to both organisations, in terms of business lost or never gained, will be far greater than if either had just refunded my money, but common courtesy and economic sense haven't prevailed, with both Harris and Zei and Time Out apparently allergic to the concepts of competence and customer service and satisfaction. (Avoid 'Langmore House' too, sister brand of Harris and Zei's run by the same people.)

Lthough my initial experience was friendly and professional, the cracks in this organisation rapidly began to appear.
After ordering (and paid for) two suits in June 2015, the first one delivered but the wrong measurements, which no doubt contributed to it splitting at a wedding I was at. Although they fixed this fixed, I wished to avoid the same problem with the following suit and impressed on the team at Harris and Zei to ensure any additional learnings from restitching Suit 1 were carried over to Suit 2. At the last fitting of suit 2, it still needed a fair bit of work and the waistcoat ordered was entirely absent. Despite the organisation claiming it was sent to me in October, after repeated claims of it will be with me by x date... I still do not have the suit (correct 20th November) The couriers (Hermes -bad for a whole different set of reasons) are hiding behind their t's and c's and claim I must speak to the senders, which is I am afraid futile. The team at Harris and Zei, Amira, and Nahid there have wholly ignored my multiple communications regarding the delivery and this is showing no signs of changing.
In my experience I would heartily recommend that you think twice before parting with your money to this company, they simply do not keep the promises they make, and bury their head in the sand to the point of gross ignorance and contempt for their customer.
After posting this review, Nahid (the proprietor) of Harris and Zei has contacted me by telephone to attempt resolution, on condition that I remove this review. I have explained that I require a refund. After a further two days they have not, written to me stating their intentions. I say again, this company will not commit, keep their promises and they will not have the courage of their convictions to write down how they intend to resolve this, without hiding behind phone calls.
I have NO SUIT and they have all my money. 5 months after ordering.

I like how they deal with clients who are their customers. I also love the products they sell. The quality is good. My sister and I recently ordered some accessories to them. And we received it on time. We are planning to do our next purchase soon.

There are things I wanted to know about how the Harris and Zei manage the suit as its best. My cousin and my brother referred this expert to my husband. The good thing here is they have many members that serve us most especially if it is rushed. Nothing compares with bespoke suit in London.

My brother is looking for a suit that will fit for him as it could. I wondered about how the Harris and Zei find a good fabric for my brother’s wedding. I absolutely find the tailored handmade suit amazing! The service is good too, not only they have few members of professional; they have the experts that surely will help you out.

My husband and I attended an occasion and ordered a bespoke suit from Harris and Zei, the best part of the company is that they have the best handmaking suits and they will automatically give you the best when it comes with bespoke. They have the tailored suit that continually serves the costumer as its best, I fully recommend this site.
