Got exactly what I wanted and ordered.
The product on the site was portrayed as a different model thats the one i wanted but islnstead got another model. The picture on this site indicated was another product model
We are not happy with our product, it looked like a nice product, and probably would have been, except that the items we ordered were flimsy and one back broke off.We ordered decorative push pins for hanging a sketch. I am EXTREMELY unhappy with the delivery time also. I read the notice that said it would take a few days extra for special orders. But two weeks is insane! I ordered on a Monday and didn't receive our order until the following Saturday. With a few days "extra care" and priority mail shipping I expected this to be here by Wednesday at the latest. We will never shop here again.
Good prices and availability, there was an issue with the shipping address for some reason when I ordered it the shipping address which is in Payson,AZ., was changed back to the billing address which is in Eugene, Or.,. I contacted your customer service department and received help immediately she was able to send it to the correct address.
Even though I paid for the shipping, it was sent via ups mail innovations. If it was sent first class mail I would have received it within a reasonable amount of time. The item I received was sent in a non padded envelope and very dirty.
Please note: The amount of time it took to reach me was extremely slow and unacceptable.

I had a very hard time finding this particular item in stores or on the internet. Your prices were less than others I found & ordering was quite easy.
I was going to build bench seating with planter boxes around deck when the decking itself was done wife decided her wanted a railing (go figure). These worked great for the posts
