Very easy web site to navigate. A little puzzled by your pricing structure on the product I ordered. The item was listed as Carpet Shield. It came in a number of different sized. The size I would like to have ordered was 24x500. It was more expensive by the foot in that size than in the 24x200 size by the foot. I purchased two rolls to take advantage of the free shipping

I purchased a T Hinge based completely upon the picture represented on your website for that item because I needed a very specific screw hole configuration that was depicted in the photo. Upon receipt of the hinge I discovered immediately that it did NOT match what was depicted on the website for that item. Yes, customer service provided me with a return authorization number but I would not get back my shipping cost either for the original order or the return... not worth the monetary loss on shipping so I've just kept the item and will not be shopping from your company in the future.
