Good shopping experience, until change in shipping charges appeared. Delivery took almost 3 weeks, inquiries were not promptly addressed. When questions about my order were finally addressed the click on site did not work at all. Very poor customer service, will not use website again. At the end of this survey where it says select a Country, that pull down does not even work! My Country is USA.
