Shipping was to be free - misleading

When asking for a quote I expect an actual quote, not a screenshot of a checkout screen, I can do that myself.
I also included some notes on the quote request such as setting up a Net 30, getting a W-9 so we could use your company again in the future and providing our tax exemption form. Customer service rep Missy did not attempt to answer any of these question... why even have a place to request quotes?

After delivery: it took 7 days to get to Elkhart IN from Winchester VA... shorter delivery time would be much better, ordered on the 16th, shipped on the 20th and didn't get until the 27th. 11 days to get an order.
