I have received this item from Hardware and tools in the past. I appreciate the ease of shopping for hard to find items.

Could not find Cabot 3004 at ANY local stores. Order entry was easy. Pricing and delivery promise was more than acceptable. Received the Cabot Deck Stain on time and in good condition.

Overall I'm very pleased with my experience. The product was engineered a little differently than I expected, however it appears to work just fine.

After much searching I finally found the best price and service! I will shop again!

Hardware & tools support staff excellent,but Eco heater L400t First one was cracked & replaced & on replacememt I the thermostat did not work &I had to swap that thermosrar out from the original heater. Ijustinstalled it &am trying it now for 24 hours

This is a hard to find item. I've ordered it here before and received it in a timely fashion. This time it somehow got delayed in transit and took an additional week to arrive.

I DON'T RECEIVED THE ORDER HERE, SO AM NOT SURE HOW SATISFIED CUSTOMER WAS. THEY HAVE NOT COMPLAINED THOUGHT, AND THAT WOULD BE A GOOD THING.
