Horrible horrible company. Paid for expedited shipping. Tried to contact them 9 days after order to check status. Didn't get back to me until 12 days after order apologizing that items were back ordered and sorry they didn't inform me they also asked how I wanted to proceed. I said cancel the order as it has been to long I needed the items FAST. No response then shipped items following day with a message stating "items have been shipped so no changes are possible" when they could have canceled it prior to shipping. Tried to get shipping costs back as I paid alot for expedited shipping - "no sorry". Also tried to dispute with paypal and they pulled the wool over PayPals eyes. Poor customer service. Will never use this company again. They were not even willing to come up with an agreement to make parties happy. "
