The tool I ordered was back ordered, which I found out only after I call a week after ordering to find out where my order was. No heads up about the back order, which took many phone calls because they don't answer or return calls. In the end I had to get paypal to step in to get them to respond. My advice is STAY AWAY.

Great transaction. Product arrived in excellent condition due to careful packaging by Hardware and Tools personnel. It is difficult to send 2 one gallon cans of liquid via a carrier and have it arrive in decent condition. But H &T successfully accomplished it. Very pleased with the entire experience and will certainly shop there again.
