I liked that they had what I was looking for. Check out was easy and quick. Come to find out when I received my order the thumb screw was not the correct size, it was too large. I wish Hardware and Tools would include measurements in their descriptions.

The website is easy to navigate and had the best pricing on furniture hardware as well as shipping that I have come across. I felt confident ordering here because I saw PayPal was offered as a pay option, which made me feel comfortable. Delivery was quick and items were top notch!

It's almost perfect except for HY-KO 1" reflective letters and numbers are spread out over 15 pages. It would be nice to have them in order but at this price, I can make due. Thanks for asking.
I couldn't find my item quickly because the SKU had changed since I last ordered it and the search by product name turned up nothing as well, so I had to hunt for the product from scratch. I found it quickly enough at that point.
