Placed an order for some light bulbs on October 28. It is November 8 (9 business days and 11 calendar days later) and I still haven't received them. I called DHL (the original delivery service selected; DHL said once the bulbs arrive in LA, they will hand off to USPS), and I was told that it was "in transit" and was expected to arrive on November 14 (15 business days--THREE WEEKS--and 17 calendar days from date of order), "because that is what the Seller selected for delivery." Sorry, but for $7.99, for a few light bulbs, HardwareAndTools.com could/SHOULD have sent USPS Priority Mail and it would have been here in 2 days. Will never do business with them again.
