Easy, had what I need.

Site is easy to navigate, shipping options semi-easy to understand, prices seem good... would love to try their economy shipping but i need these items 2nd day

If I understood correctly the tab at the top of your page stated that I qualified for free shipping with amount ordered, however a shipping charge was added. Nevertheless it is still a great deal and superfast shipping when I needed it most. I am in the wood working business and produce several items that require these hooks and will absolutely be needing more.I will be purchasing them from these guys again.

Your shipping rates are WAY TOO HIGH! You should add "USPS Flat Rate". It is inexpensive, saves your customers $ and gets the items to them in a short amount of time. $** for Priority?! Thats not fair!

Customer service called me to make sure that the color was ok with me since it was different than what was in the catalogue. I appreciate that. It didn't' make a difference, but it enhanced my shopping experience to know that they took the trouble. It was not an expensive purchase and they could have just sent it on, but they took the time to CARE.
