Had exactly what I needed!
For at least 3 years now I've bought 6-9 bottles of 32-oz Drain Out remover at the advice of a plumber of ours. He told us to pour a half container's worth down each drain that had potential of clogging, and we'd never need to make a plumbing call again! He was honest, and he was right! About 2 months I do as advised and never have I had to ask for help de-clogging bathroom drains. Apparently it immediately dissolved all that trapped hair in the drain.

It is great that you ship to Hawaii via USPS Priority Mail - most mainland companies use 2nd day express which generally costs much more than the item purchased.
The price of the individual item was fine. The cost of shipping and the length of time it took to ship and arrive was not good.
I ordered parts for a Christmas project from this site. They said "In Stock" and no where did it say it was coming from another warehouse. When I didn't receive them and asked why, they then proceeded to tell me it would be an extra 4-6 days to process because it was coming from another place. Not only did they still charge me two day shipping knowing after I told them not to because it was of no use to me, they didn't have the courtesy to apologize.
The online experience was good. I hope the receiving experience is timely and good as well.
