Upon placing my order, I noticed Paypal had used a previous for delivery.
I emailed the hardwareandtools.com immediately to correct the delivery address.
I received and email 24 hours later stating the items were already shipped and nothing
Could be done to change the shipping information.

I ruined my roommates strainer by being a total idiot. Your second day shipping is a godsend I am hoping that it arrives before she notices it is missing...
***Update***
my order was withheld for a few days because my payment address on my credit card was different for my shipping address. Then when the order was processed it had to be 'special' ordered because it wasn't available so I paid for second day shipping but I had to wait 2 weeks to get it. I mean come on, the item i bought was $5 but I paid like $25 because of the shipping that did absolutely no good because I had to wait for it to be available anyways. Terrible experience. I was hoping to show my roommate the ruined strainer at the same time I showed her the new one but NOPE. Thanks for the overcharge and giving false hope.
Please contact me if you ever get the 4" dull brass pulls (like the 6" ones I ordered) in stock.
