I originally added Liquid MSM to my tea (yerba mate). It was odorless and tasteless. Over time I realized that consistent use of 10 drops a day significantly reduced joint pain from athletic injuries I got years ago. My optician has remarked that I have no evidence of glaucoma or cataracts. My chiropractor remarked after x-rays that I am very limber, have more than adequate energy, and reduction in joint problems.

Has helped me detox a lot of bad stuff from my body, lower blood pressure, heavily reduce inflammation, eliminate brain fog, fatigue, restlessness, and regain deep nights of sleep along with robust immune system. It has also helped me with my toe-nail fungus when paired with Cajeput Oil Extract and Black Walnut. Overall, it has helped me regain the energy, stamina, libido, focus, and overall metabolism of a high-schooler. Definitely recommended.
