I originally got this for my Border Collies. JJ has had surgery on both knees, so I was looking for something to help him as he ages. I put some in their food with some pumpkin. I decided to try it myself when I read all that it does. If it only worked on the spine pain I've had for years, I would take it. I don't hurt anywhere & I'm noticing smoother skin. I get up in the morning with zero pain & stiffness in my 64-year-old body. I've always been active, but I've also worked physically hard, so when I noticed the difference I'm overjoyed! And yes, JJ is running around like he's a puppy (he's 8). I'm always working on being healthier, so I'm very grateful for this product. I'm ordering the liquid for my husband because he refuses to do the bitter granules, but I'm used to it, it's my morning routine.

While it is not advertised as an eye drop but i called and the customer service person said that is what most people use if for. It does sting when first put in but it really soothes your red and tired eyes thereafter
