I am trying to shop at this site and for $84 worth of merchandise they are charging $30 (UPS ground). That's ridiculous shipping charges. Why can't they charge reasonable shipping like $15 or $20 that USPS or UPS charge for ground shipping of a large box. I hate such websites that try to suck money from customers by charging ridiculos amount of shipping. Makes me wornder if they r trying to make up for the dicount prices by adding the cost to the shipping!

I have been trying to get a hold of this company to return my order and must do it in 15 days or i have to keep it! In order to return my items that don't work and to report that some were not even in the box when received, u must obtain a certain number to put on box when sending it to company or they will not recognize it? Anyway... i have 4 more days to try and they don't even have an 800#!... very inconvenient and i think i have been had... they took no time at all to charge my credit card! Holy $#@*!$$#! Crap!
