My A/C stopped working here in South Florida. It was the weekend and the temperature was 92 degrees outside. My A/C guy was backed up and could not get to me until maybe two days later.
I knew what part had to be replaced, but didn't know who was opened or who was willing to help me since i was not a certified HVAC tech. I found Hallandale AC parts depot on the internet on a Saturday. They were open. They have a chat feature on their website. And replied immediately, found the part I needed gave me a great price! I picked it up installed it and fixed my A/C unit. They were helpful, knowledgeable and caring. I was told when I left, if I had any problems or needed help, just call them on the phone. Wow!
