Will never buy from them again! Buyer beware! Bought three maxi dresses from Haibuys website. When they arrived, none looked like their picture with regard to style or fabric quality. The fabric quality looked very cheap. I immediately followed the steps to get a refund. This resulted in a lengthy back and forth with the company via email. Ultimately, they refused to give me a refund and only agreed to give me 1/3 of my total payment back, telling me to keep the dresses. Such terrible customer service. Buyer beware!
I ordered three dresses from their website. They all arrived and they are cheap material, poor quality overall. I tried to initiate a return immediately, but the email address they provide in order to "get the return mailing address" does not even work. Now I'm stuck with these dresses and can't even get my money back. Absolute fraud!
My items arrived swiftly and were of outstanding quality. Shopping for Coachella was an effortless and delightful experience.

They sent a totally different pair of boots that we ordered and now expect us to pay for shipping...to China! Meanwhile, the return policy states:
At Haibuys, we're committed to you. Our quality control teams will inspect your
items prior to shipping to assure your satisfaction, and quality is guaranteed.
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the day you received your order. If 30 days
have gone by, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or FREE exchange.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the
shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you
choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the
consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
They are currently "negotiating" with all sorts of different offers: 30% refund, or 40% off our next order (next order?...are you kidding me?! Now they're offering 50% off the order.

Stay away of this company. You'll find the same things on temu or shein 10 times cheaper. Customer service leaves much to be desired. The worst online shopping experience I've ever had

Please please do not believe in good reviews. They are also probably scam. I got basically scammed by Halibuy and they basically stole almost 60$ from me. I ordered some clothes from them and they basically never arrived. I wrote to the customer service and they said it was probably wrong address (IT WASNOT) and they wanted more money to ship the package again. They are basically scam. IT IS AGAINST CONSUMERS RIGHTS. Please please tell everyone and do not buy from them. I will take the necessary action and I will seek my rights.
I got my corset today and it is in good condition but the fabric was thin. It fits me very well came in 2 weeks. This was a great experience
Thought I was buying from a local Canadian company as they claim to be from Halifax but the package actually shipped from China! And the prices were in "CAD" until the bill appeared on my credit card… as USD.
Have not received my package yet but this is not looking good and so far I'm really not happy.
They refuse to refund my money when I did not receive the order. They do not honor an order that isn't received. They will not refund you but will make a claim with the mail service they use. I ordered from them for a trip to Europe. The items never arrived and I was charged for
Them I contacted Chase made a claim, Halibuy reversed the claim stating they didn't receive the money when they did. They offered to replace the items if I paid them another $50. For me that wasn't a viable option. Beware of Halibuy.
They won't stop charging my card for a small order! THESE ARE CROOKS. Stay awayyyyy from this company.
Don't purchase from this place if you are not US based, your money will be wasted. The material of their clothing is very cheap and sized incorrectly (china sizes) and you won't be able to get a refund

I recently ordered something from here and they didn't send a confirmation until I emailed them too. Which is very unprofessional. Then they sent out another email to confirm my order in order for it to be shipped out (which is very suspicious no other website has made me do that) and now I haven't got my order for 2 weeks no with no emails. I've emailed them constantly! Do not buy from here
Bought a dress from halibuyfashion and after waiting a month it still didn't arrive. I then got given an estimated deliver day but it never came then they told me they would not send it to me as there was an error to my address and sent me the error. There wasn't an error the address was put in correctly but they said it was not and they wouldn't send it. With a lot my arguing back and forth about picking it up or trying to resend it just just refunded me and said after doing so sorry we'd prefer just refund you. Very poor customer service won't be buying from there again
The size fits very well. I love the clothes quality. Also, the delivery is super fast. I will definitely buy it again.
