I lost over $150,000 to Craig Boddington through his company Hachi Capital LLC. He also operates under INBE Capital Group LLC and INBE Ventures LLC, all registered in Wyoming but run from his home in Haines City, Florida.
His scheme works like this: he offers a Business Equity Line of Credit (BELOC) and requires a large upfront "escrow deposit" to secure the facility. He uses legitimate-sounding third parties to hold the escrow, which makes the whole thing feel safe. But the credit facility never comes. The escrow money vanishes. And Craig goes silent.
I am not the only victim. There is a multi-million dollar federal RICO lawsuit involving the same scheme and the same people. Craig has managed to insulate himself legally by using dissolved Wyoming LLCs and intermediaries, but his home address is 838 Sand Sea Pl, Haines City, FL *******. His phone numbers are *******020 and *******471. His emails are craig@ theinbegroup.com and craig.boddington@ transphorm.us.com.
Do not send escrow deposits or upfront fees to Hachi Capital, INBE Capital Group, or Craig Boddington. The BELOC does not exist.
