Unacceptable service and customer support!

Gymaholics.de kept telling me my order was on the way, but they refused to give me the tracking number. After the third email they just ghosted me. The order eventually arrived 2 months later. On top of that the ordered item did not fit the online description given so I sent it back. A few weeks have passed and I still haven't heard from them or received my refund. I probably never will. Stay away from this company!
