Nitin was an excellent problem solver. He took time to understand the issues and made me very aware of all the things he was doing. He is an excellent employee.

To whom it may concern: My technician, SACHIN KULKAMI, *******, THE BEST! He patiently worked on system which contained a virus, had to reach, but with his thorough knowledge, he got it, and destroyed it. He took time from a personal day off to come back and help me. Taking care of the matter, appropriately, competently, and good demeanor. A gentlemen to the end. As I said to his supervisor, he needs to be promoted! How about President? I was very pleased with GuruAid. I called them and they did just what needed to be done, and the technician was very polite. A little pushy on the subject of upgrading, though.

I like the idea that I did not have to leave my home to get my computer repaired. Also if i have additional concerns or questions i can always call and check back to fix problem.

The dvd was not opening properly in my desk top. Guru rectified this after some battle with the machine and now all is fine. Such a relief. The process was explained as we went along very well. I have great satisfaction knowing I have this backup. Excellent performance from technician Sachin.

I like Guruaid, it is easy and convenient to use. It just takes as much time to fix at home as it would to drive somewhere to get it fixed.
