Again, I'm very grateful & pleased with the professionalism of the individual working for Guruaid who worked diligently and I may say with great patience to resolve the problems that I had with my computer. The problem was self generated when I opened a specific email that I questioned, however, I opened it anyway. I'm happy to say that originally I opted for a two (2) year plan. Now in retrospect I should have taken a three (3) year plan. Having said that I'm seriously considering taking the third year. As an organization they have been very pleasant to work within resolving my problems.

You must contact Guru Aid and they will then contact you. NEVER give any information over the phone from someone stating they are from Guru Aid. That is a SCAM. They will NEVER call you unless you contact them first.

I had an issue with my network, the info was not assigned to any program that I was useing and it prevented me from using programs by every user. Some programs would work, some would not so the network was eliminated.
