I first bought two bottles of Bio Complete 3: one for my wife and one for me. We are a couple aged 74 each and i thought that we acn improveour health a bi, though we are both reasenobly healthy. In other words, I thought that those pills can only do better to us.
After about a week of taking the pills as recomended, the chronical cough my wife sufered for about 40 yers, had dissapeared!
We could not believe it! I have toled my wife imidiately that if she runs out of pills, she should use my pills, and went and ordered three more bottles.
I would like to emphesise, that the chroni cogh my wife sifered from has been a serious burden on her life for all these (40) years! She had tryied all the remedies availablewithout success! She had consulted all the medical and naturopatical specialists she could find without success. (lately she has been toled that she has a colapsed lung as the reason for herr cough).
Now, thanks to Bio Complete 3, my wife has stoppe coughing!

I love your show and especially your podcast. However, please cut down on the excessive advertisements! I know you have to pay the bills, but I'm sure you have made enough money by now that you can advertise less! It's distracting, annoying, and makes me not want to listen. Love the show, but the advertisements are downright annoying.

Not sure if it's mental or not but I have been taking energy renew for two weeks and every morning I've been going all day and feeling great! I have been sleeping amazing at night and up with more energy in the morning. I'm loving energy renewal.

I kept seeing Dr G's advertising on FB, finally I listened to what he had to say. It was incredible! He was talking about my conditions; i. E. bloating, gas, irregular bowels, stubborn fat, frustration! I had to give this product a try, no harm trying, right? I started July 8,2022 and one month later I feel so much better. My gas and bloating is down, my bowel movements are once a day or every other day instead of 5 times a day, and I have lost about 5-7 lbs without counting calories or eating diet food; just eating healthy meals. My snack cravings are minimal. I can go between meals without hunting for food or sweets, and I can watch a show at night after dinner without needing chips, ice cream, pretzels, pop corn. I feel motivated to continue to be healthier. Thank you!

I have been looking into dieting options for a couple months now. I've watched a few of Dr. Gundry's video's and they seem to make sense to me and jive with some of the other research I have done. I started Pro Plant Complete shake a couple weeks ago. I had a friend comment at lunch that I looked thinner. I've lost about 4 pounds and dropped my body fat percentage by about 2% though everything fluctuates from day to day. I'll keep at it and see how things go from here. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the taste still isn't amazing - especially in water. I switched to the recommended unsweetened coconut milk and that is more tolerable. I keep telling myself it's better than the sugary lectin filled protein shakes I was drinking before. Updates to follow.

I bought the energy powder and tried it for a month. It had no effect on my energy. When I called the 800 for a refund I was told I could get a 40% refund on the spot or if I returned the container with a tracking number, only then would I get the full refund as advertised. I asked why they wanted an empty plastic container and she said that they recycled the container. I told her that I had an excellent recycling program and could recycle the container here. She said you need to ship the empty container back to get the full refund. This company is a scam that bombards you with other product offers once you try one. I would never do business with them again.

After reading so many positive reviews, I was tempted to try the shakes and felt secure in my purchase with a 100% money back guarantee. Read the fine print! They do not offer return shipping which is pricey. I took 2 sips and had a severe reaction to the product. Customer service offered a full refund but not shipping. They lost a future customer and will not try any other products. It does not make sense to offer a guarantee without shipping. 2 sips cost me a bundle to return 3 full canisters of a useless product that tastes nasty and disgusting. It has alot of artificial sweetener in it and may be the reason for the physical reaction. Cannot recommend this product or company.

After trying Total Restore, Vital Reds, Power Blues and Active Advantage there was no improvement to my Rheumetoid Arthritus or Digestive issues. Yet Gundry claims to have cured all types of autoimmune diseases with probiotics, polyphenols and a lectin free diet. So I also bought his cookbooks and I puked many times on his diet advice and there was constant burning Diarrhea and no improvement in my RA. I found the Paleo AIP (Autoimmune Protocol) diet and my RA started to improve within days. However I was still following some of Gundry's advice and the constant burning Diarrhea was still a real pain.

I suspected his recommendation to get 60- 80% of my calories from healthy fats could be the cause, Sure enough stopped eating most of the oil and nuts and problem finally solved. Most of his supplements have additives that are potentially bad for autoimmune disease. I did not care for his recipes and they are all oil bombs which I can't eat. All in all, spent a bunch of money on bad products and advice which made me extremely sick for a long time. Gundry has zero qualifications to be giving nutritional advice, He is deceptively dangerous to people's health. Rating would be Zero if that was an option.

We ordered the watermelon lemonade mix which was to buy 3. When pkg came n it was on time. Open package to find two of the three mix containers in box with no olive oil or sticker as our free gift as it stated on the pkg label inside box. I tried email the *******@gundrymd.com and it says email doesn't exist. I called the number provided and says number isn't correct. I go check the reviews and I have no issue with the product. It tastes good and I already feel good after two days of trying it. I just wished to contact company to talk to someone love would work but it doesn't. I got 5 olive oils only been taking maybe 1 week noticed the date is expiring in apr 22. Why send something that is out of date in a short time. Got 4 wellness mct taking this doing ok so far will post later on that. Someone please respond if your oil is expiring too.

I ordered 3 tiny bottles of the olive oil and was given out dated olive oil that only basically was going to expire in one month. Plus the Bio Complete 3 has sunflower oil in it which DR. Foundry touts ALL the time as being bad for you! And yay can't get a full refund because I have to pay for shipping.

They set me up on a reoccurring order of 6 f their shakes. They also sent the wrong flavor. These are not cheap by any means when the second shipment arrived I immediately called. Yes you can send them back but there is no shipping label you must pay return shipping yourself and it must have a tracking number. I company that charges so much for their products could at least have return shipping. But I was shocked at the subscription set up they do watch out that they don't do it to you. By the way when you order something from them you have to wade through numerous get this product too ads before you get to the confirmation page that should have been my first clue. My guess is they had a surplus of vanilla and is dumping it off in their orders.

This is the 4th product of Dr Gundry I have purchased and all have been outstanding. I am looking forward to having a healthier feeling gut.

I have tried two products: red~berry nutritional supplement and age spot reducer serum. Neither did anything beneficial (or detrimental to my knowledge). They sent an additional nutrient after I cancelled, for which I finally was refunded after contacting them and pleading my case. The age spot reducer is a joke! We took photos of my face, my right hand, and a spot on my left arm so we could accurately discern any improvements. After using the serum RELIGIOUSLY, 2-3 times daily for about a two month period: absolutely zilch! Soo disappointing. I spoke with them at least twice about this (within the refund period) and was told I would receive a refund... NOT. Even after I inquired as to why I would have to pay to send back empty jars when their records indicate my purchase- nothing. Because I did not want them to reuse jars, they agreed I could return crushed bottles. I think they refunded about $45 out of the approximate $150.
DO NOT TRUST THEM! He's a heart surgeon (supposedly- I haven't checked his credentials- who is making money hand over fist on susceptible, hopeful ladies. Absolute donkey dung!

I used the subscription option when I placed my order for MCT Wellness several months ago. I received the first jar very quickly. It was great and I was really looking forward to getting the next jar. But nothing came until three months later. And, I haven't seen a jar since. Now all I see is a charge followed by a refund for the monthly jar. I did send an email asking about this and they explained that there had been some shortages but they were resolved and I should get a jar every month from now on. But, after all these months I still have received only two jars. I have two other products from Gundry MD on subscription (Bio Complete 3 and Active Advantage) and they arrive like clockwork. Great stuff. Messed up order processing.

I love Vital Red - drink it everyday in the morning. Somehow it gives me that extra energy boost. When I don't drink it, I really feel the difference - like I'm dragging all day. You'll feel the difference the first time you drink it. Everyone in my family is hooked, including my husband who never believes in anything.
