This protein powder is delicious and keeps us energized and full through the late afternoon when we would usually start craving snacks. Thanks for a wonderful solution to a protein powder that's lectin free and tastes great! Looking forward to trying other products.

I have been taking for approximately 1 month. Have noticed weight loss and eating smaller portions. Some of the bloating has decreased. I have been diagnosed with SIBO and Leaky Gut so I imagine the process will not be overnight in correcting my issues. Will be re-ordering.

My wife and I both take the Biocomplete 3. It has helped us feel so much better, We both have fewer stomach and bowel issues, and we feel so much healthier.

I am recovering from c. Diff. I have been taking Bio Complete for about 2 weeks and am getting an improvement in my bowel function which has now returned to near normal. The c. I have tried several supplements and think I feel better. Dr. Gundry's return policy if not satisfied with any product is excellent. He stands by his word.

I have been taking Total Restore for quite a while to help my gut lining. Then when I heard about Bio Complete 3, I decided to take that too. It is supposed to help my appetite as well as helping me not to be constipated which is a problem I have at times. Both if theses supplements are working for me. I am 5'3" and was weighing around 140 and I am down to 133 now. I look better in my clothes than I have in years. I plan to continue to take these. I will be 80 years old next month, but still like to have a good figure. I live in an assisted living center and covid is going around so bad in our town, they won't let us go walk or get our of our rooms right now, so it is difficult.

I started off very unhappy... the website basically forced/tricked me into making a purchase I didnt want. The return required I wait until it arrived and send it back, with cost to me. They said they could not provide a shipping label for the return, but when my spouse said they would be involving our attorney, suddenly they said I could just keep the product and they would provide the refund--how can they afford to just give me $180 worth of product but couldn't send me a shipping label for $15? It made me feel like they will take advantage of people who aren't willing to spend the time to call and ask for what's right. I still feel wrong having a product I didn't purchase, its still in its packaging because I wasn't trying to get something free, I just didnt want what I hadn't ordered.

That said, I was skeptical about the product, BioComplete3, but so far its helped my stomach a lot. I've only had one bout of upset stomach that lasted about 4 days, but otherwise, I've felt better taking it.

I have had a bowel problem for more than a year and it is critical in the past I get to a bathroom quickly to eliminate sometimes 5 0r 6 times a day - this has restricted my social life for fear of an accident - been using the Bio3 complete for maybe about 6 months and have restricted certain foods according to the Plant Paradox book which has resulted in elimination 2 or 3 times a day with formation of BM. Life has been so much better for me as a result. Love the pistacios as a nut and have been drinking less orange juice (am not a diabetic) and trying to purchase grass fed beef. Watching anything with wheat flour also but hard to do as many products contain. Switched also to sour dough bread. I am sure with continual use of the Bio3 things will get even better now that I understand the word lectins. All good wishes to you for happy holidays and a better 2021. Regards. I use this as a replacement for lunch. I find it filling and takes very little time to make. If for some reason my lunch time is disturbed the shake is still good later- so I do not miss out on the meal.

We started taking the Bio 3 Complete yesterday, and I can feel a different in my immune system already. My joint pain feels less in 1 day, maybe too early for improvements in bowel however it is off to a good start. I feel somehow clearer in my mind already. I am really looking forward to seeing how I feel after 1 week if this is how I feel after 1 day. Thank you Dr Steven Gundry for looking beyond the obvious and your persistence to continue to work on this to offer this solution for proactive health. Imagine our world if more people used their knowledge and expertise in this way to the benefit of all.
