I am a huge Guess fan everything I own is Guess, I am a frequent online shopper and have had nothing but issues this year when ordering online. I understand that its retail and things happen, products get damaged and products go out of stock, but I have read over and over again on my order conformations that orders are processed within 1-7 business days. I ordered on December 1st 2016 received 3 items on my purchase within 7 days of ordering, I called December 8th last week to check on my order status and I was told by customer service that my order should be shipping and the item was in stock. Today I received an email explaining that the last item will not be shipped as it is unavailable... so it took 12 days for guess to process this order and let me know that they will not be shipping this item. This is not the first time this has happened to me and I am very upset that this has happened again for the third time this year. I have decided that I will not waste my time on Guess any more, as a customer service based retail store there should be a better way of handling problems like this, orders should be processed immediately and customers should not be informed 12 days after putting in an order that and item is unavailable.
I really love guess! I am looking forward for there emails everyday! And push myself to become VIP GUESS,, but dis appoint me the moment i got my recent orders. I requested! Just for the paper bags and BoX for all of my orders SiNce christmas is coming we choose guess to buy our stuff! Fyi this the first time i requested for specific since will gonna use it as gift bag. The moment i pay my order i sent emai for this request detailed request and talk to 2 of customer agent so my request taking care of.
I am so excited with my orders to come and then when i open it i got dissappointed coz no gift bag and boxes! And the packaging for there item it a plain crumpled and lots of print that u dont understand. So how can i give it as a gift?! We need to buy paper bag outside to pack them?!
And i called again talk for almost 20 this agent accusing me that he need to investigate what the warehouse send to me( hello! I will not waste my time calling u if i got what i need!) and then he told me that the reason i didnt get it, bcoz your not really provide it so if its not why u let me Expect! Yes you put note on my order but if u guys have this policy YOU SHOUld tell me or reply to my email right! Guys be honest dont let your customer assume and expect! I know your a big company dint take us for granted. Dont lose us bcoz of those simple request.
To think that its the 1st time i request. So now i feel dissappointed and coz i need to spend again for the packaging that u can just provide. By the way the moment i got all my points ill use it and I WILL NOT ORDER AGAiN here and telling my friend, family and relatives not to patronize your company!

Received a couple of emails advertising free gifts with your purchase - I have 2 purchases one $168.88 and the other one for $102.74. No free gifts and called customer service spoke with Bernice "floor supervisor" and they will send me a 15% discount coupon to after January 3rd. B. S. - false advertising - do not think I will be purchasing from here again! Thanks but not thanks! -
If you want to exchange they charge you a label fee and then refund you and have re-purchased your item over so they can make money again from your shipping cost and tax. These people are a scam and rip off do not order from them. I regreat ordering from them. And the custom service rep. Alot of them give u wrong information and they are old ladies and mean...
I ordered 2 wallets and 2 bags on guess factory, they send just one wallet and one bag claiming that they will send the other items later. I got in touch with the customer service, they behave like a robot, mo flexibility and it was very unhelpful. I waited few days and they did send my the other items so I am still waiting. That $#*! is still holding my money and claiming that the system doesnt allow to refund whilebthe order is proceding... but same system doesn t send the item while they have already be paid

I hate guess factory now. I bought about 200 dollar goods from them, then there was a pair of shoes over size, so i exchanged it for a smaller one. I asked them, do I need to pay anything for this exchange? They said no. Then guess what? They charged me 12.95 for the shipment. I asked them why? They said no fees for the exchange, but there is fees on the return! Didn't I said any shipment fees? Bad Guess! I am very very mad, i am not going to buy anything from them any more!
I will give it a three because majority of my order was what I expected! I've ordered from guess.ca multiple times and I've never questioned the quality. I visit the guess sites quite often and never really seen much on guess factory until the i seen the cianna floral cross body! I instantly fell in love and had to get it! I rarely buy something full price but it was only 29.99$ so I was like why not? I ordered some other things on the website I was pondering for a while as well so I could get the free shipping! I received my package today and I was so excited when I unwrapped the purse it felt kind of weird and looked alot smaller than I had expected! The site honestly needs models wearing the purse so you can actually see te size. I also noticed the flap was sideways I just figured it was the way it was packaged but I tried clasping it straight and it just wouldn't budge! I have a purse purchases from Bentley in the same style for half the price and it's honestly better quality. Just sending out a warning because you get what you pay for when it comes to this site, and look at the sizing on the site to make your judgements!
I bought a jeans on sale and it was too large they would not honour an exchange they want me to return the itme then go online and purchase it again, too bad the sale is over and they wont give it to me for the price i purchased it,,, GUESS FACTORY FAIL
Awesome except for the fact that it takes forever to leave the warehouse but after that shipping is fast and yes they charge and redeposit your money but the product came exactly as expects packaged nicely in a box on time!
While this store offers great price cuts on Guess brand clothing and shoes, BEWARE that they charge your bank account at time of ordering and then they put the money back into your account. THEN, they charge your account upon delivery again, causing you to possibly go overdrawn if you do NOT have the funds available delivery time, (thinking you already paid for the shipment upon ordering) as I have done. I have learned the hard way. Delivery times vary, and shipment may be broken up into two or three shipments. I have only heard of this practice when dealing with Motel reservations. I will not do business with them again. It takes 2+ weeks to get money refunded from them.
