I have used them for a few years hosting an ark server then switched to hosting a Conan exiles server. The Issues is. Rollback DOES NOT WORK. If you loose progress on something due to a crash or corrupted data file your FOBAR unless you have done a "Manual Backup"...thats another issue it doesn't have Auto Save feature on most games. I would not recomend this service and the game hosts that do not provide or list these features can go jump off a cliff. You shouldnt have to BUY a product to see whats inside. If they don't show you what they have first tell them to F' off.

The guys seem nice in the begining until your server starts having issue once that happens they dont give a $#*! at all, they point the mistakes at you and after hours or days then they say oh yea we see sorry we are gona add you waiting Q for a senior and after that they know exactly nothing also. Askyou even if you did some other reviews as it seems that is more important than the server issues ur having lol

Tried ApexHosting first. It was a nightmare. Would not load game save. Followed all of the configuration for setup. Nothing. Start fresh with Apex. OR ELSE. Just terrible. Signed up for GtxGaming, config was super easy. Videos cover any sort of confusion. SUCH A RELIEF. Thank you GtxGaming!

I had a few different gaming servers with this company for a while now. Got sick of "server issues" and "the server crashed" causing me to restart my server with a fresh IP address. This company specializes in poor servers and destroying gaming communities. Avoid at all costs.

A friend of mine is running a Minecraft server for a streamer SMP. We were promised nine gigabytes of Ram, and we only got six. On top of this we had constant server crashes, slow chunk loading, and horrendous server lag the entire time it was up. That is just in the overworld, the nether was a mess when it came to lag. We ran three low impact mods. Fabric API, Origin Mod, and the Mob Origins addon. We had no problems with them, but it didn't matter because if we did so much as go too fast in the water, the entire server would crash. This was an easy thing to do because one of the abilities doubles your speed in water, and if you interact with a dolphin, god help you. Shockbyte is so much better, and I recommend anyone looking for a server to host to use that instead.

I rented an ARK server that wouldnt show up on the server list. The service agents created 2 new servers for me but they also could not get them to work. "I apologize for this inconvenience, I am working on this" Is what they are trained to say but after over FOUR hours of trying to get a server up and running, everyone gave up and went to bed. What a waste of a weekend game night. Steer clear of these noobs unless you want to waste you time as well.

They are registered in United arab emirates ( UAE) but have a uk domain and portray themselves as UK/US.

Horrible company, full of rude and hateful people, trying to ask for help due to being locked out of their site because the site keeps changing your password and you dont get the emails is not allowed in discord, so you get kicked and banned for asking for any type of help. And they dont refund due to how rude they treat people, they blame you and keep your money. And then liar about saying they warned you about spamming discord when they never did a warning they just kick. Bad customer service, find some where else

Didn't cancel payments when I cancelled server. Refused to refund the money back. Then proceeded to send argumentative and abusive emails. Avoid at all costs.

Now where do I start with GTX Gaming?

I know! They're pretty darn awesome that's for sure.
I was very nervous about opening, running and coding a server and such. But all those nerves went instantly. Their control panel is so easy to use and offer so many games for you to choose from at insanely low prices.
Due to my health being poor I'm not allowed to work or go out very often, but because of GTX I've not only gathered experience in running, owning, coding, modding and much more I've found friends and a community on the servers that I run.

Best of all? Their support is top notch. Amazing quality customer service, always willing to help no matter how small the problem is. Very quick response from all members of the team and are very qualified and experienced!

10/10 all in all, if you want to own a server. These are the guys you need!
