This place had the nerve to try and blame and shame me for providing honest feedback and a review of their business. I was upset that despite their claims of superior customer service and "#1 customer service" they wouldn't work with me to get what I wanted. They're attempt to defend their business and not service the customer shows me what kind of values they prioritize. Never again will I shop with them.

You purchased an issue of Dark Knight III Master Race #9 (Of 9) from our eBay Store. That issue shipped with two different covers, which we stipulated in the description with this disclaimer:
"ATTENTION: This issue will ship with 2 covers in an approximate 50/50 split. Cover may not match listing photo."
Even that being said, as a courtesy we issued you a full refund and told you to keep the book, even though we were not obligated to do so. I'm not sure what else we could have done.
