I paid for UPS 2nd day shipping, but didn't get the product until 5 days later. But that is due to the blizzard & extreme weather conditions that hit the NorthEast US. I would buy from your company again..

It was a bit confusing that I couldn't get economy shipping once I added the second item to my cart, but then I saw the explanation for it. Otherwise everything was great.

I got an email asking me to confirm delivery a week or so before the order actually arrived, which seemed odd considering the box could be tracked through UPS. Maybe they send those messages as soon as they ship.

My "go to" store for my cranky furnace. Life saver for the past 4 years.

This is my second purchase. My first was at your Ebay store for a limit switch of my furnace. That package arrived a day earlier than anticipated, product was packaged well and worked as expected. This purchase is to complete the repair of my Carrier furnace.
