Sunday afternoon I found a part for my heater on one of the repair diagnostic sites. The problem was it was out of stock and it would be 4-6 weeks before it would ship. I then searched and found the part on the GSIStore site. It cost 1/3 less and did not indicate it was out of stock. When confirming the order I realized I had not seen an indication it was in stock. I looked around and finally confirmed the order. I had managed to increase the quantity of my order to 2 parts and confirm it. I wrote a note asking that my order be reduced to 1 part and hoped for the best. Monday morning I received a response that my order had been changed and it included the corrected confirmation and invoice. I was pleased that it did not require a phone discussion to justify making the change and they got it correct without any additional input. Then the same afternoon I received the shipping confirmation. This was a relief since parts do not indicate if they are in stock or on back order and I can't tell how long it will take to come if I do not know if it is in stock. So not only did they have the part in stock, it cost 1/3 less and it shipped in less than 24 hours. All this while correcting my error on ordering. I am truly impressed.
