Every item i received was either made by some cheap company overseas or it was defective. Ordered a pilot assembly and it was defective, it caused hundreds of dollars of repairs to my furnace. I would never buy from this guy ever again, and anyone who buys from him runs the risk of doing damage to their system. The parts he sells are cheaply made and not OEM parts.
Also contacted him to see if he would offer any help and of course did not offer any help at all.
Fast to locate what I needed
The only complaint that I ever had was how long it took for delivery. They called and said it was on back order but it still took longer than they said it would. And I think it was kinda rediculous that I had to pay more for the shipping that the product I purchased. It weighed next to nothing so I didn't understand that. I think next time I will research more places before I order something that you pay more for the shipping than the actual product.

Part price was ok, but shipping cost more than the part. There has to be a better way.

Great transaction. Just wish the shipping wasn't so high on small items when they are needed fast. I'd love to have a USPS Priority Mail option. Very fast and cost effective.
